Oh right! I thought she was still a puppy (young puppy that is since I will always consider my dog a puppyjc_gypsy7 wrote:hmm.. since Remy is a rescue dog, we're not really sure how old she is.. the vet thinks about 2.5 now. I guess we need to wait and see then.Jess4298 wrote:At first my vet told me the same thing, but she apparently (and fortunately!!!) out grew the problem...but not until she reached 2-2.5 years old lol Before then I was taking her just about every month
Hopefully Remy outgrow it too!
Jamesyboy - what do you do on your days off, normally?
Hard to say really. If I've spent the evening before on here, then I get up fairly late!! In the summer I spent a lot of time in the garden building fences and patios and planting stuff. Since the winter it's been a bit more limited. Either doing stuff around the house, going out places with my girlfriend or mum, or just listening to music and passing the time. Or playing football and watching football!! Nothing particularly wild....jc_gypsy7 wrote: Jamesyboy - what do you do on your days off, normally?
Oh man, lol.. I can definitely see you going to the event and coming home with another leash in hand, lol... the only reason that doesn't happen with me when I go to those type things is Ed.. he's the 'voice of reason' !Jess4298 wrote:I was telling everyone yesterday that I'm going to be in trouble Saturday...there's a big Golden Retriever and small breed rescue adoption event going on at Agri Feed and Pet Supply...I can't go NEAR that place or I'll wind up with who knows how many dogs lol
When I got Ginger I almost took her brother too...they were considered worthless since they couldn't be "show dogs" Ginger has white splotches on her chest and head and her brother was white with a yellowish stripe down his back...too cute!! I loved them both...I think I would have had to name him Flower after the skunk in Bambi
Ah, so you work outside around the house, that's cool! I love gardening myself, it's really relaxing. Do you live in London or outside of it? I've been about 5 years ago, and had a fantastic time.. both the place and the people are really great!Jamesyboy wrote:Hard to say really. If I go I'd have to take Mom...that way I could convince her to get a dog rather than me getting another dogjc_gypsy7 wrote:Oh man, lol..
