I agree with Chateau. The smoking is so much more natural when the woman is doing something while she smokes. And there's opportunity for hands free dangling exhales!

Maybe I'm insane, but I sort of get how women smoking could be hot..but feet? No. Both things are weird to take very seriously I guess.
