well with blockbuster online, they have this new thing called "total access" and with that.. instead of mailing your online movies back in, you can take them in the store, and for each one that you do... you get a free in-store rental *new movies included* plus you get a free either video game or regular rental per month.

The one near me has the worst customer service, ever. If the store manager had worked under me somewhere, I'd have had to fire them they were so bad... And if the manager is that bad, you can imagine the employees
There's a video store near my mother-in-law's house that has older movie rentals for 2 for $1. Nearly new releases are $1. New releases are $3. I go there and load up on movies every five days (since they're five-day rentals)

yeah mine has a couple of awfulll employees as well, but i always make sure to call corporate when they go overboard, and since the last time i called, i haven't seen the store manager, so im thinking he got in quite a bit of trouble.
and they always make sure to send you free rental coupons whenever you experience something extra bad, so it doesn't bother me.. plus it's free.. (only 20 dollars a month for the onlines) and the store is literally less than a block from my house. so i don't hate it.

Hmm, I'll have to check it out. Like I said, the selection is the biggest thing for me. I'm not sure if it's for all Blockbusters or just "ours", but they have a crap-tastic selection.
Sorry guys, I was busy watching a clip.
