I'm pretty sure she's cannon cos of the editing style and the fact that Bree and Nikki have basically pushed her under our noses.
This is a shame cos I find her bland and uninspiring. If she does start talking to us I think the LG community should convince her that the ceremony is great and she should defiantly do it as soon as possible, that way we can learn what we saved Bree from and get rid of this annoying character Cassie style asap.

Dude, you're both wrong. In Spanish, you don't ask what someone's name is, you ask how someone is called.

"¿Como se llama?""Me llama Julia." "How are you called?" "I am called Julia." Es muy facil.

Commenters on her YouTube video noted that Jules got the French wrong as well. YouTubers were absolutely savage in their hatred for the child.

Whatever we think about this "new girl", she's still a freaking person. I'm sure she did not write her lines, so why is everyone picking on that? Blame the Creators if you don't like what she's saying!

Yes, actors have to grow a thick skin and expect to be criticized, but this girl is obviously not an experienced actress. She's probably somebody's niece or something, who got sucked in because it would be "cool" or she'd do it for free.

I'm not 100% loving the character yet either, but I think some people are being a little extreme in their hatred for her. It's like a throw back to the erruption of nastiness when people found out that "Bree" was really Jessica.

ETA: I messaged Jules on youtube, just to say hello and ask her if she had ever watched any lg15 videos. And to say that her cat was cute, lol! She messaged me back, asking about my cats, if I made videos, and saying that she might check Bree's videos out. No big clues or anything, but she came off like a nice, young youtuber.

Right! I just don't get why some people just get so angry over this. Sure, like 'em or don't like 'em, share your opinion. But the level of angry and ugliness that comes out of some people over these videos is just so extreme.

I posted this in another thread before I realized this was getting discussed here - but actually, what Jules says in her first video is 'mes noms est julia' which is even more wrong than 'mon nom est julia.' 'mes noms' is the plural, so she is saying 'my names is julia.' there is no way anyone would teach her to say that. i doubt even an internet translation site would say that. so why the intentional mistake?

I don't speak French, so I apologize if this is stupid, but could it be a pronounciation error, not a translation error?

It's always possible that she just made a mistake (even though it seemed like the video was very scripted...) but, colbertnationgirl, there really isn't any way to add an 's' in pronunciation for the word 'mon' and the word 'nom.' So, I could be wrong but it seems like a translation error here.
