So, like, neither Martha nor Romy talked about the meetup we had last weekend when I was in Colorado. I'm surprised.
We went out to this excellent teahouse in Boulder. Romy had been up for practically days in a row and hadn't eaten anything since the previous day and was totally buzzed on energy drinks. I don't think she stopped talking during the entire several hours we were hanging out.
Martha is a lot more mellow and has gorgeous huge brown eyes. But she gets totally lost. I had to talk her and Romy in to the teahouse via cell phone. "No, I just saw you drive by again . . . you missed the turn . . . no, you just went by again . . . want me to go to the corner and wave you in?" It was pretty funny.
So here we are: me, Martha, and Romy, in that order. Yes, I'm the goober with my eyes shut.
Romy made her own cute shirt (which she kept demanding that we admire).
She made shoes to go with it.
Martha was a math whiz -- she figured out the bill. (I forget what that light was that takes up half the frame.)
After the teahouse, we wandered up and down the Pearl Street Mall. We went into a bookstore and took appropriate pictures, but somebody else will have to post those -- my camera batteries had run out.

Awww, I didn't know if you wanted us to talk about it!
It was super fun, Lass is super mellow too, and very intelligent. We shared all of our food at the teahouse, and our drinks. They have some pretty kickass tea. And damn good cheesecake. We bonded over Truman Capote and Harper Lee at the awesome bookstore. Lass has beautiful blueish gray eyes. And a nice ass
It was seriously fun, and I was so glad we got to meet. Next time you're in town, call me!
As for the getting lost part, that is not my fault! I printed out directions from the teahouse website, and they were the worst directions EVER, like, basically in the world. Mapquest probably would have given me better directions. Although I probably would have gotten lost even if I had been following someone. I'm directionally disabled all the time.
