me too.. this feels like it's been going on forever, and we're not even the ones with the pain.Cloud_ax wrote:i just hope she isnt in anymore pain after those drugs wear off......

Have you thought about going to college or maybe moving to a more populated area.. or do you like it there and want to stay?Cloud_ax wrote:it is a very small village, with a LOT of farm area.....jc_gypsy7 wrote:

i know, and i know i cant even imagine what it is like, and i feel so helpless that i cant do a thing to help her......jc_gypsy7 wrote:me too.. this feels like it's been going on forever, and we're not even the ones with the pain.Cloud_ax wrote:i just hope she isnt in anymore pain after those drugs wear off......
probably the best thing we can do for her is not to put any type of pressure on her at all... I'm thinking that would only make the migraine worse.Cloud_ax wrote:i know, and i know i cant even imagine what it is like, and i feel so helpless that i cant do a thing to help her......
i thought about collage but i see a lot of people who are wasting time and money and they dont even know what they are doing there, plus i hate school. i like it here, but i think i might need a change of scenery soon........jc_gypsy7 wrote:Have you thought about going to college or maybe moving to a more populated area.. or do you like it there and want to stay?Cloud_ax wrote:it is a very small village, with a LOT of farm area.....jc_gypsy7 wrote:

(coming from the city, personally, I think I'd be bored to tears!)
yeah i think you are right. she needs rest and will return to us fully when she is ready and able. i just want her to feel better, thats all.jc_gypsy7 wrote:probably the best thing we can do for her is not to put any type of pressure on her at all... My younger son is a year older than you and trying to make some decisions about that very thing right now. He works in a bank, and has been taking night courses for years, trying to get his degree while working... he just got promoted over people who already have their degrees.. he's wondering if it's worth continuing school.Cloud_ax wrote:i thought about collage but i see a lot of people who are wasting time and money and they dont even know what they are doing there, plus i hate school. i like it here, but i think i might need a change of scenery soon........
wow thats cool. they must have a lot of faith in him if they promoted him over those other people!jc_gypsy7 wrote:My younger son is a year older than you and trying to make some decisions about that very thing right now. I think it's partially his personality.. he's good natured and quick to laugh and tease.. he's also borderline hyperactive, which translates to a good thing in the workplace, he gets things done quickly and is always looking for more work.Cloud_ax wrote:wow thats cool. they must have a lot of faith in him if they promoted him over those other people!
my friend who i work with is kind of like that, quick to laugh and tease, and sometimes can be hyperactive.....jc_gypsy7 wrote:I think it's partially his personality.. he's good natured and quick to laugh and tease.. he's also borderline hyperactive, which translates to a good thing in the workplace, he gets things done quickly and is always looking for more work.Cloud_ax wrote:wow thats cool. they must have a lot of faith in him if they promoted him over those other people!
yeah i was glad when school was over, the only thing i miss is that was the last time a saw all my friends in the same place. havent seen most of them in quite a while.jc_gypsy7 wrote:I'm glad it's finally working in his favor.. we went thru hell when he was growing up and in school, tho. They wanted to medicate him to sedate him a little and I wouldn't allow it.. we worked thru it. To this day he hates school as well!
ooh, that's cool.. aside from not liking your bosses, it must be fun to go in when you're going to be working together!Cloud_ax wrote:my friend who i work with is kind of like that, quick to laugh and tease, and sometimes can be hyperactive.....
