and cloud.. I can honestly tell you.. walking a small 'pack' of dogs and getting them to behave does WONDERS for your self-confidence.. the way you carry yourself, act in public.. everything.. will change for the better, I PROMISE you that!
wait! im not taking a "pack" out! that is what i would call a "death sentance"!!!

The getting them to behave thing is the trick...there's a guy in my parents' neighborhood who has 3 fairly large totally sweet (but HYPER) dogs, and poor dear, they pull him in 3 different directions! I was afraid he was going to lose a limb one day ;) But I definitely want to go talk to him sometime and tell him how much I admire him because of the way he interacts with the dogs. I've seen him in a field sitting down just playing around with them and it's just so sweet!

hehe.. well, I thought it was all a crock, that your attitude affected your dogs.. but for real, it does. I watched a bunch of Dog Whisperer shows.. and honestly, I'm mellow, mostly quiet, and not an overtly confidant person..

apparently animals pick up on this. When you act in charge.. and feel it.. they actually DO respond.. I was AMAZED!!

soo.. I tried it, when I took my dogs to that show, a few weekends ago? I walked them both at the same time.. (never done before) and walked them thru literally hundreds of other animals, not all well behaved.. and.. to my amazement..

they were awesome!!

cause I had set my mind to making this work.. and it actually DID!
