Alright so...this is ridiculous.
we have someone trying to get a hold of someone right now in Kansas. Zake, if you could hold tight for a while, we may need you, but might not. If you can wait for our word that would be nice

no, i don't mind. just tell me what to do. i will have to wait until my husband gets home from work, but then he can go with me and video it.

Before we send anyone else, let's make sure we have a 'drop operator' and a relay person.

The Operator interacts between the chat and the Retriever so ideas can be developed 'on the fly'.
The Relay Person keeps the forum updated with the developments in the chat and visa versa.
