I write 4 Lists on Index Cards. Each list must be between 3-7 items long, no more and no less. They must be dated. The green call is phone calls, which I do first. The blue card is home business. The orange card is home management. The pink card is hobbies/for fun.
My problem is that I haven't gotten to the pink card now in over a week and a half!!

I meant to say, "Green Card," of course!!
I also have a list of morning procedures, evening procedures, leaving procedures and return procedures for when I go out.
This is all because I am a high functioning autistic who gets very flaky otherwise. They are life-savers!!

O_O.... wow.... i do lists here and there but ive never heard of doing so many things... like when i get stressed out and feel all like omg so much to do when there realy isnt much i just write out a list of things i need/want to do...
i kinda like having a daily schedule too.... just so i dont forget to do anything... and when i stray from that i usually get sick with a cold or something....

I was taught this by an agency that specializes in autism spectrum disorders. I also have to keep emergency numbers and the cards in a binder that I have to carry with me at all times!!
This helps a LOT!

Well, since I work for myself, I need daily structures like this. I also used to lose important things all the time. Now, I very rarely do.

Oh and MS, I would go CRAZY if my work schedule changed every day. I don't cope well with change. I do special ed tutoring for 2.5 hours Mon-Thurs. so I try to finish the blue card by then, so I won't have to work into the evening.
