daniel was talking about how he MET jonas' aunt, and how she's hot, and an amazing woman and how he's crushing on her and its nice having her around.. and jonas is saying that he hasn't seen her since he was 13?

No, Daniel was commenting about pictures oof her:
There's all these amazing photographs on the walls, all over the house. I was sort of nosing around the den and I came across this photo journal thing. I gotta tell you, Jonas's aunt, she's a, she's kind of an interesting woman. She's not much older than us, either. Basically, when she was in high school, she did this semester at sea thing... If Jonas's aunt turns out to be a nice person, I might ask her to teach me some photography. She's got a sick camera. Maybe she'd let me take some pictures with her, or with it. It doesn't really hurt that she's kind of cute. Okay, really cute, all right, she's hot.

I agree with you, that Bree's Dad would not be on the list. Neither would her Mom. They were both alive and well at the time this list was compiled.

Uhm....

The list on the document/mission statement NOT a list of people who disappeared. Don't get confused here. It is a notation that indicates that those 11 eleven people received a copy of the manuscript. That would mean that at the time it was written, those 11 individuals (as well as the author) were alive and well.

Jonas' aunt was keeping a file of articles...and it just so happens that some of people in those articles have names that match the initials of the people on that CC list.

It means since the publication of that document, those people have gone missing or died. The document itself is not a list of people who have disappeared.

See the distinction?

HOWEVER... Jonas said that the articles match the initials of each and every "pair of initials" on the manuscript. I dunno if that's a mistake or not...since the initials aren't pairs, but triplets.
My mistake. Sorry if I confused anyone. But at least I'm in good company. Looks like Jonas has trouble keeping his facts straight too ;)

.well ok thanx.

Although, her Mom and Dad were not her real Mom and Dad. So maybe THEY are on this list
well, when people dissapear, where do they dissapear TO? bree's "dad" still coulda been on that list; that he's been "dead" as far as the general public knew.

So Jonas last name begins with a W? hmmm any ideas? Williams maybe? or Worcestershire? (nah that's most likely Gemma's lol)

By the way I was wrong, Gemma's fake last name was Papakonstantinou, not Konstantinopoulos.

Oh, hell...my best friend has an aunt who is two years YOUNGER than we are.

Of course, this was a case of adoption. My best friend was adopted as an older child, her parents are only 13-15 years older than we are. Her father was the oldest child...born when his mother was 19. The aunt was born 15 years later. Totally plausible.
got better than that; two of my aunts are about 11 years younger than me! not adopted!

:hears banjo muic"

I don't think she was trying to be a smartass... I am sure she was trying to reply nicely to your post. She probably was replying to you when you edited yours reply and did not see that you changed it...

You could have been a lot nicer about this... She was not in any way rude to you...

Duh! Might this not be the pointer to where we should focus the investigation? The creators do know how curious and relentless we are. They also know how slow on the uptake we can be, so it makes sense they would underline in red ink what we should pay the most attention to.
