Im not sure if anyone mentioned it or if it is of any significance but I ran the zip code on the fake ID and came up with ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL

It's possible that the pic the pm used to make the ID for us was from that image I posted, or one similar. If the person making it didn't realize that first character should match the first letter in the last name, well... then they wouldn't know to change it.
Not meta: All the sample ID's for Illinois I saw have a social security number on them. This one Op has directed us to does not.
