ok i'm really trying to keep up with this puzzle...but i'm totally confussed.
ok...the second picture is scissors and a ruler (which BTW the image looks enhances in that area so we can make out the ruler. It doesn't make sense that we are able to see it if you look at the pcture it should be blurry)...
and the first picture we are still questioning a bit. It looks like a button.
but is that it?? Or am I missing something. This is obviously a step right? in the big puzzle.
So is tachyon asking us to sew something?
Or maybe she is saying that the tracking device ahs been sewed into the animals.

Repost:
Here's my take on this tiny project:
x=o
xx=oo (confirmation of x=o)
So, take your decoder ring and match x in one ring with o in the other ring by shifting them. Now, there's two ways of doing this:
Code: Select all
Movies C64FB2835D7A91E
Ring xtvouzwpmrnyqsl
---------|--------------
Loveline onzsymtvpqlwurx
Ring D61A5EF4793B8C2
^
|
match
or
Code: Select all
Movies C64FB2835D7A91E
Ring xtvouzwpmrnyqsl
------------|-----------
Loveline wurxonzsymtvpql
Ring B8C2D61A5EF4793
^
|
match
So, now we can decode any letter in one ring to the corresponding letter in the other.
PS: Can we keep this thread on topic, please? Thanks!

Earlier, when referring to the button...
If we assume that the butoon is an O or a 0...we come up with following numbers IF the magnificaiton of the "button" is the same as the "scisors"
Button = 3o 30 or o3 03 30=Em according to our earlier clues...
Scisors = 8? (don't know second number / letter unless the handle supposed to resemble a B) Then we could have B? or ?B
Any thoughts?
I think thats it!!! Look at the scisors...it looks like the upper case letter B

Deagol, can you do that image enhancement on the pics from the last two vids like you did in the puzzle thread to make the words show up? At least I think it was you

hmm, well looking at the first pic labeled x.jpg i can see where you could see xo, the x name and the round button thing.
on the scissors, named xx.jpg it looks like xxoo, the two x's and the two circles that resembles o's on the handle.
i think this is where the idea came from?
oh, and if the next pic is labeled xxx.jpg and the picture is of a bowling balls finger holes, ill totally go for it

Hmmm...
Would B8 work on the code ring? Assuming, perhaps, that the scisors are to represent BOTH
the letter B
the number 8

Excellent!
EDIT:
quote from the web site: "These Brads have split back leaves that can be folded over once inserted through a hole in your paper."
SO, we have a brad for paper, and scissors. But what does it mean?
