I think its interesting that they have the heart beat in a song about Jack. Foreshadowing, maybe?

They do the same thing with the Davy Jones theme, you can hear parts of it in the Kraken theme, to show the Kraken is controlled by Davy Jones.

It means I was reading comments to the videos on youtube with the POTC music and some people posted spoilers and I read them.

But it wasn't anything I hadn't guessed at already.
