Gemma, Watchers, and Bree's birthmark

Gemma: I see a Watcher. Watchers have this symbol. They are BAAD. You have a watcher on you! Run! Run!

Bree has a confirmed "weird birthmark" on her back (see Bree Chat) that showed up in the Swimming video. Judging from the screenshots, if that weird birthmark isn't a watcher symbol, I don't know what is.

Gemma is confirmed to be working for the Order at this very moment. It is speculated that she was most likely working for the Order all along. She could have started giving bad advice at some point, or had been giving bad advice all along.

Everything that we have learned through her about the Order/the Watchers etc could have been wrong.

1. Are there really Watchers? Or was Gemma trying to drive Bree and Daniel into paranoia and made that term up? Remember that the sacking of their room wasn't confirmed to be done by "Watchers", only by someone from OpAphid.

2. If they exist, are Watchers really part of the Order? If Gemma was on Team Order at that point, she could have been trying to convince Bree that the Watchers=the Order to make her scared of a potentially benevolent force.

3. If Bree really does have the Watcher symbol on her back, and has had it since childhood... what does it mean? Does it mean the Watcher is acting as a guardian or something?

yeh, maybe gemma knew bree had that mark ... and the watchers are good, so she said watchers have them marks but they dont (coz lets face it that make was so impossible to see ) and then if daniel see's bree's mark then he will be like wtf?!?!?
and then bree would be an easy target
