I've heard that they're either already selling, or are going to sell, powdered tryptophan at health stores. They've done studies saying that the kind of sleep it puts you in is really helpful for memory storage, like eating tryptophan at night before a test, you'll have more restful sleep which helps you remember stuff later. I'd give it a shot, natural sleep aid without drinking a bunk of milk or eating a bird!
