Well I recored it then cut out where Bree is talking and reversed the whole thing...

When this is done whatever is being said is just being repeated, the best chance to understand what is being said is on the second repeat...

Sounds like What is or possibly Where is and then a word starting with a P which I can't make out...Peckaw is how it sounds it might be spelled phonetically

It's been several hours since i last listened to it and once again it sounds like it is saying something totally different...

when i put the letters (english translation) into google earth i got one location in socal
