i would agree, but at my camp we learned a lot about lobotomies (dont ask) and they're actually performed through the eye socket. as in, lift eyelid, stick in poker thing, wiggle it around, pull it outJustAnotherLonelyGirl. wrote:They gave him a lobotomy. I was just kidding. The reason I said that was because in One Flew Over THe Cuckoo's Nest (amazing movie), Jack Nickelson has marks on either side of his head after getting a lobotomy. I know that lobotomies are typically done through the eyes, but aren't there a few ways of doing them?cbizzle44 wrote:i would agree, but at my camp we learned a lot about lobotomies (dont ask) and they're actually performed through the eye socket. as in, lift eyelid, stick in poker thing, wiggle it around, pull it outJustAnotherLonelyGirl. wrote:They gave him a lobotomy. and there are pretty much definately multiple ways of doing lobotomies. the eyes are most common

I think the marks on either side of Jack Nicholson's head in the movie are from the electric shock therapy, not the lobotomy. They did it all to him at the end there...but that's where the little electric nodes were placed.JustAnotherLonelyGirl. wrote:I was just kidding.
