Found this I think it is for not a guitar but piano

Some suspect there's another musical aspect to this.

The problem is that guitar tab is 6 lines, not 5.

The numbers read right to left 01 3 4 4 01 1 4 1 2 03 2 2 3 2 4 2 4 4 translate to:
A C D D A A D A B C B ...
