The Order is (was?) planning to do a trade with Bree. Like, "we'll harm this little girl in the ceremony or we'll harm you. You're older and can handle it better than she could. You'll probably live though it, but she'll likely die."

I think the flirting (or just Sarah hitting on Daniel) is really funny, and I think is actually closer to what high schoolers actually do.

I'm down for shirtlessness if it makes sense. Like if they decide to go swimming, or like the latest vid, when jonas is sleeping. But gratuitous shirtlessness from either of the boys is a bit rediculous.

I think it validates what the fanfics are doing. It means that the girls really are part of the story, but as decoys to distract Bree from the real ceremony girl. Or to lure Bree out of hiding to coerce her into the ceremony ...
