The photo is a still from a video that Jessica Rose made when she was a student at NYFA it was posted on Youtube for a while, I'm not sure if it is still available.

It's not hard to Photoshop this type of stuff. Plus, it's stated that the video is grainy, which means that the picture doesn't have to be perfectly clear - when it's that quality, you see what you want to see, not necessarily what is there.

I think Bree shot Daniel, since it would make more sense; if you read the video's transcript, it said:

Bree: (Pulls out gun. In creepy voice says) I told you it's time to go home.

I doubt it...she seems a little too old/mature for posting vids; I just can't see her setting up her own account. If she did, then she'd find Jonas' vids about how he broke into her office, and that wouldn't be too great for ...
