I don't think that it the name of the club. The person must know Jonas well to know that his Parents still have a slip at a yacht club and the name would be unnecessary. They wouldn't waste precious space in the script to leave that. Low Tide is the time they will meet.

Its official: Whoever is helping Bree in the Order knows Jonas and knows him (or his parents) really well.

Why didn't Jonas and Daniel send Spencer those formulas and charts and things that may help him think of something?

You know, I bet that his dad, being friends with Bree's dad, knew that he was in danger and knew Spencer would be able to help if somehting happened to him and I wouldn't be surprised if he left everything he needed to solve this puzzle somewhere he has access too. Maybe Bree's dad gives a starting ...
