It appears part of the message codes into "estate" which seems to be a term used in Second Life.

This is probably a Caesar cipher with a keyword.

Ex: Keyword HOLE gives H=A, O=B, L=C, E=D, A=E, B=F, C=G, D=H, F=I, G=J etc.

We just need to try out different keywords until we get it right!

Or it could be a Vigenère cipher which is a bit trickier. But as long as we guess the right keyword and ...
