Jonas has been abused constantly by these people he's been trying to help, while financing their every expense, (which would be considerable, considering how many times they've had to run at a moments notice, but always end up with new wardrobes, him renting place after place for them, being their chauffeur over long distances, feeding them, etc., but has taken the abuse with whining when he's the ONLY one with the power in the group through his wallet. If he were truly a spineless whiner, he'd throw a fit about how much he's spent helping the others and at least threaten to throw 'em all out on their collective ears, and if he weren't, he'd be leading, and going off on his own if necessary, instead of just getting stepped on by everyone other character in the show as they play him like a puppet. What'shername, (the slut with D and J now,) would turn any guy with even a modicum of a desire for any kind of relationship off in a heartbeat because she'd obviously jump in the sack with anything cute and male. Her sister, the other what'shername getting all uppity about her slut sister's slamming of Jonas' obvious desire to go find Bree, and upset after being abandoned after their night together, doesn't jive with her slamming her sister for being a slut in the first place, with none of her new found empathy for her problems dealing with their parents problems. The "Order" appears so incompetent and inept, it doesn't appear to be much of a threat to anyone except stupid people like these characters are being made out to be. The whole "faction" garbage is just that; garbage. I mean, "Faction: Jonas"???? (or whoever on the good guy side.) Are they trying to work together or not? Individuals do not make up "factions". And the lack of even an attempt to explain the disappearance of Tachyon, OpAphid, etc., though they may have had to have been disposed of as parts of the story, is utterly lame. I tend to disagree that the writers don't know where they're going with this - I think the storyline has been fairly cohesive, and my only beef has really been with Sarah and Taylor who just annoy the bejebus out of me ... but I suppose they're entertaining enough in their obnoxious way. Otherwise, here's my theory of what the writers are up to: The Order put Jules in there as the rather disposable "new girl" as a trap for Bree, knowing she'd be all noble and try to rescue her, which worked. I think Bree probably offered herself as a trade, and I think she's trying to take The Order down from the inside. It doesn't make sense to me that she'd be brainwashed so easily after what they did to her father and everything else - but it does make sense to me that she wouldn't let her friends know about her plan. The best spies are the ones that don't let their loved ones in on their alternate life, are they not? Anyway, there has to be filler content to make it more believable in my opinion - there has been from day one - but I don't think this is the last we'll see of Bree, and I don't think she's under the Order's spell as she claims. I'm not sure what the deal with Bree & Jonas was, unless it was that she both cares for him and needed him to let his guard down for her escape, but I tend not to believe it had anything to do with reproducing for the Order. I mean I didn't want to smother her or anything and she was responding to Jonas... so I just let him take care of her. After she left I blamed him. I didn't lash out like he did in that email. I learned growing up to internalize my pain and just move forward. But it's hard to still be friends when you're holding onto that... and holding it against that person. Wow I sound like Dr. Phil lol. With no one talking we didn't really get anywhere. We spent the week searching the woods. Mostly Jonas went out by himself and Sarah and I looked together. I guess I was right about that power bar trail... too bad it never led us to Bree. After Bree's video last night we had a team meeting. Jonas even got Taylor on the phone and apologized. We all took the blame for things we've said or done... now the focus is on finding Bree. We went out with flashlights and searched for a few hours. Pretty difficult in the mountains up here... it's really easy to get lost. So we got up early this morning and looked some more. Now we're back at the cabin looking online at maps of the area... we're all focused on finding Bree before they do. I can't believe that the acting would have deteriorated or the plot would be coming to a close like this, particularly with so many unanswered questions. Then Lake Tahoe came up, and that made the most sense to me -- lots of cabins/houses to rent, and it's a great place for a religious group to have a camp. I don't know many of the lakes in the lower Sierras. I know it is not Kaweah, so Sequoia National Park is out. The lake seems smaller than Lake Isabella. Does Isabella have a pier? If not, we can rule of Sequoia National Forest. What about the lakes above Fresno? Bass Lake? Lots of places to rent houses, in the foothills, very close to the mountains. "Triangulated cell phone towers" = there are people around there who use cell phones, which means they're not in some isolated mountainous area. Despite some good action in Texas, Jules was a waste. Despite "Camp Play" and the box implying a series move to go full circle & tie up the ceremony story, the two Hymn Of One videos felt like shark-jumping, serving only to deliver the secret messages. Even the recent videos from 204-209 seemed hopeful, like something was going to go down, but then Bree escaped, and we're spinning wheels again. Mission 2: Who is this?/Where are they going?. Play as: Daniel You start out in front of Brees house, in your car, and follow them to a nearby field. Careful-as Lucy is heavily armed with an Anubis ray blaster (the secret weapon of the order), and you only have a scalpel on you. You will need to stand in certain spots and wait around the terrain which they reside, in order to fully see what they are doing. When you are done, they will go to their car and head for a medical building. Note you will not stalk Bree in this part of the level. Instead, pick up the pistol. Find the entrance to the building, two watchers with pistols should be guarding it. Kill em. Pick up the keycard that the watcher drops and use it to open the door. Look thru the peephole. A video clip should play with a few members of the order of denderah giving Bree a shot and inspecting her. After thats done, you have approximately 45 seconds to get the hell out of there to your car, and you will have completed the level... Join me tomorrow. We have single women on some of our leadership teams, but we NEVER have a married woman leading without her husband.
