When we went through the whole board vs. forum fiasco, having a moderator here was one of the things we argued against, as everyone wanted to maintain their freedom to post as they wished. We just asked that everyone be respectful of each other and refrain from or keep the profanity to a minimum. There is no technical way to deal with this or remove these posts so people need to be self-policing. Other than that, many of us, including myself, HAVE PM'd people who have cursed or made inappropriate comments to others. But in a medium such as this, that is all that can be done.
