However, I don't think we will get to make the final decision on this one. Sex would cause a BIG change in their relationship, which makes a BIG change in how they act on a number of levels, which makes a BIG change in where the whole story goes. Wether or not the two lead characters start boinking would have been set by the creators a long time ago. We could only effect timing issues. I think it makes for a much better story if they have a very close and cute flirty relationship rather than go hard core. Most of the people attracted to this series, were attracted by Bree's innocence and by the nonsexual way she flirted with everyone who watched her. Not only should the series not move away from that, it should move closer to those roots. I think the present video is the first step back in that direction. That means that for us to know this important part of the plot, that Bree is finally starting to talk and express her feelings, that she does appreciate and care for Danial and that she is ready to accept comfort and friendship from Daniel - Somebody has got to kiss and tell. The creators needed Danial to tell us this part of the story because he's the only one in a position to do so. Bree is not strong enough yet. So get off Daniel's back. Despite all the research on what each phrase means, to me it seems everyone is basing their opinion on what they think the characters would do. Let's be honest, Bree and Daniel have done a lot of things no one thought they would do. If you had never watched any of these video before and did not read the comments, what would be your conclusion on what really happened? Let me ask a hypothetical question. Let's say Gemma wasn't evil and was actually helping Bree. Only she was in trouble and fled to Jonas where it was safe. Then Jonas posted this video instead, word for word. I like the fact that there is a debate going as to what happened-that really fits into the story telling style, the viewers are always filling in the details. Personally, I think there is a discrepancy between the name of the video, and what Daniel describes. If the Creators were trying to show going through a swing in her emotions, that's fine, I was getting tired of the angry, mopey Bree as well. The way they worded it, though....well, they can get the same reactions by just naming the rest of the videos "Pooped in the Morning" ("Pooped" meaning "Tired" in this example). The low-brow giggle fest will ensue and in my mind, cheapen the entire series. That's just my two cents. I don't really care if anyone gives two shits about it. I think that if Daniel and Bree continue towards sex, it's fine, and it makes perfect sense. Joe, I mean Daniel did a really bad job cooking the food, but this was to be expected (Daniel is a bad cook). Then he setup the table with a "nice" table cloth and dishes and candles. As he was lighting the candles Bree (Melissa) came home early and startled Daniel. It was at this point Joe, I mean Daniel realized that paper tablecloth and stack of paper napkins did not go well with lit candles. Daniel was a college student with little money and spent most of it on the wine (that was spilled on the carpet while putting out the small fire) instead of non-flammable napkins and table cloth. So Daniel and Bree had to clean the carpet right away. Bree's roommate was a clean freak; fortunately carpet was dark brown so cleaning was not impossible. After cleaning the carpet Daniel and Bree were hungry. Unfortunately the bad food got worse sitting on the kitchen counter getting cold. Joe, dammit, I mean Daniel forgot to put the food in the oven to stay warm like Bree told him to several times. So Daniel and Bree went to McDonalds. The moral of the story is. Well, Daniel2 isn't that bad of a cook, and sets up a romantic little meal on his porch overlooking a lake in Tampa. Bree2 arrives and is seated comfortably. All is well. Until...... At this point, let me fill you in a little about Daniel2. He is very accomodating to furry animals, especially ones that are homeless at that current stage of their lives, so he was more than willing to take in a few boarders from time to time. At hte time of the eagerly awaited candlelight dinner the paw count was actually very low-only four paws were present and believed to be purring softly in some nestled corner in the house. Where was I ? Oh yes! Until. Unbeknowst to Daniel2, but knowst to the aforementioned four-pawed demon, his cooking was a very close approximation for a particular delicacy known as Meow Mix. Because at that moment a certain cat decided that the intricate candlelight dinner was for him and im alone. And if he couldn't have it, then NO ONE WOULD. In a blur, a fluffy missle lands in the middle of the table knocking food and wine onto Bree2's very nice dress. At his point daniel2 screams NO!! at the top of his lungs, startling the innocent wittle feline who was just having dinner. The startled little bastard then whirls around and jumps off of the table wildly, taking much care to then knock one of the candles into Bree2's lap and ignited the wine. Oh, and the (formerly) very nice dress. After a panicked dousing of flames and some calming of shaking nerves, the conversation finally turned to laughter about how silly the whole thing was. Laughter turned to more than laughs, and the horribly executed candlelit dinner produced the desired effect anyway.
